| In 2000 these businesses were combined to form LandPro Real Estate Pty Ltd, who obtained a Corporation Licence and expanded it's services Sydney wide to include acquisition of land for subdivision, project feasibility analysis, development planning and approval, development construction management and project marketing, all in cooperation with a number of independent industry professionals whose expertise is combined to form a cohesive team. |

| In 2011 LandPro Corporation established API Alliance specialising in supplying industry professionals with well researched stock, whose Clients have been advised to purchase an investment vehicle to enhance their financial position. |
